Editors are going back to basics, using the most common thing (in this case: a mirror) to create an illusion. Even spring campaigns are using this kind of method. Is this another new trend?

Newcomer: Dorothea Barth Jörgensen

Dorothea Barth Jörgensen is from Sweden and was among the top finalist in the Elite Model Look 2007, the same year Ymre Stiekema became the 1st runner up. But Dorothea only recently stormed the catwalk and left a mark, having walked only the finest show, from Calvin Klein to Louis Vuitton. There's something about this girl that is so alluring, it makes us want more. Will she receive the same success as Ymre or better? Only time will tell but surely keep an eye on her...

The Pillow-y Lip Georgina Stojilkovic

Meet 21-year old Georgina Stojilkovic from Serbia. Although entered the modeling scene since 2007, it was only lately that I have noticed her. She is truly a one-of -a kind girl. Her lip makes her stand outs from a sea of familiar faces models. She's been a favorite for Atelier Versace too since she's fronted for the brand for 2 consecutive seasons- Fall 2008 and Spring Summer 2009.
She's currently a top runway model and has been featured in Numero and Vogue Germany and Nippon and was the face of Philosophy di Alberta Ferretti and Liz Claiborne. Georgina certainly needs more exposure to cement her place, maybe, more editorials, covers and campaigns. But, for now, here's a few of her works:

I'm loving these few looks from the Fall 2009 runway. Clearly, the best make-up come fall is having a minimum make-up, go for nude colours, maybe add a little gold, some mascara and eyeliner but all the attention goes to the eyes.
