It's always covers like this that I can't absolutely ignore that pulls me back.
What can I say? The cover speaks for itself. Jac is stunning and there are no words to describe this cover. It's so beautiful, too beautiful for words. That's all I can say.
Who on earth would think that Ali Stephens and Allen Tsai could be such a matching couple in all the hard attitude they're giving to "I Love Shopping" editorial in Numero Tokyo # 107. If I could have it my way, I would name it "I Love Rock & Roll". Ali is certainly the princess of editorial. She just have that kind of versatility to channel into the character needed into the shot. Way to go, Ali! (pics from Asian Models blogspot)
Two different cover. Same model. Lara Stone. This girl is so versatile. The Vogue Paris cover proved that she can be a soft, delicate old Hollywood icon without having to show sexy as she always does. The Numero cover is classic Lara. Fierce and daring and 100% Lara. From sexy and modern to old movie siren. I think there's already someone out there to fill in Kate Moss' shoes. None other than Lara Stone, of course. (scans from tfs @ Laetitia and MagFan)
Another fantastic Numero Korea issue. Each Numero publication keeps getting better. Sharing the spotlight, Karmen Pedaru and Abbey Lee Kershaw, speaking of which- Karmen was one of the top catwalkers for Fall 09 but Abbey did not walk one single show due to her leg injury. I would personally like to see Karmen Pedaru in more editorials, covers and campaigns and as for Abbey Lee, just hope that we'll see here come September in SS10 fashion week.
What a month for Magdalena, appearing in Numero and Vogue Russia in the same month looking her best. I like the classic pin-up look in the Russian Vogue cover and also the ethereal beauty for the Numero cover. Surely, a top model! (images from tfs)
Two of Karl Lagerfeld's favorite model of the moment : Heidi Mount and Freja Beha Erichsen in one editorial, Couture on Numero 101 March 2009 issue. Simply stunning. For more, click here.
Yes, Hilary Rhoda may be missing from the catwalk for Spring Summer 2009 collections but that doesn't stopped her from securing magazines cover from all over the globe from Muse to Numero Korea to L'officiel India. Here's Hilary Rhoda :
Not only Coco nabbed the cover of Numero Tokyo for the Oct issue, she's featured in an editorial together with Daul Kim, Ali Stephens and Alice Burdue in Numero Korea as well. Well, totally there's no stopping her.
